Product Introduction

Popular size is 3"(83mm) and 4" (100mm).
4 pcs of 30*10*10mm bar segments or 30*12*8mm arch segments for 3", and 4pcs of 40*10*10mm bar segments or 40*12*8mm arch segments for 4".
4pcs of segments in square layout to maximize grinding area, grinding capacity and lifespan of the tool.
It can be used wet or dry, though wet use is highly recommended.
The design is good for water flushing and slurry exhausting, helps to extend life of the tool.
Metal back with universal hole patterns can be mounted to most Chinese floor grinders including ASL, Xingyi, TM(Tuomei), JS(Jiansong)etc.
Generally comes with soft, medium and hard bond to fit concrete floors in different hardness. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard and super hard are also available upon request.
Available grits: 6#,16#,30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200#, 400#
The tool can be painted in different colors as per grit number or as per bond hardness.
