Trapezoid PCD coating removal tool for scraping coatings on concrete floors

Product Introduction

Typical trapezoid shape matches with most floor grinders. 3-M6 threaded holes, 3-D9mm through holes, Diamatic/Blastrac 6 holes are all available.
Two of 1/4 quarter round PCDs and a wear bar which is usually in 30grit.
PCD can be 1/2 round as well and wear segment can be in the shape of rectangle, round, arrow etc.
Mainly used for removing floor coatings like paint, glue, resin, epoxy etc. Especially good for removing thick/heavy epoxy coatings.
Clockwise and counterclockwise rotational direction are interchangeable, fit all the major planetary floor grinders.
Besides typical Trapezoid,HTC, Husqvarna, Lavina, Terrco, Werkmaster, Scanmaskin, Contec connections are all available.

PCDs are direction-specific,operator need to check the direction of rotation of the grinder heads and mount left or right hand PCDs to match. We mark left or right hand direction on the tool or paint different color for left and right hand for operator to pick the correct tool quickly.
