One mold sintered means the whole tool is hot-pressed by one mold and does not need to be welded onto any metal base. When we change the mold we get a different pattern just like the resin tools. But it is a metal tool and the mold cost is lower than resins.
The tool weighs as light as a resin tool but works as aggressive as the metal tools, coarse grits are good for surface grinding. Because of the light weight and its unique formula it can be used as transitional polishing pad as well.
